Posni recept za četvrtak: Lazanje - FormatŽabalj

FormatŽabalj

Tokom cele nedelje, svakodnevno ćemo objavljivati nekoliko posnih recepata jela koja se lako i brzo pripremaju, bez velikog troška.

Danas su na meniju posne lazanje, čija priprema traje oko 1 sat.

Sastojci za posne lazanje:

  • 9 listova lazanje (možete naći posne kore za lazanje, bez jaja, u bolje snabdevenim prodavnicama, ako ne nađete, možete koristiti i debele kore za gibanicu ili pitu),
  • 1 glavica crnog luka,
  • soja u ljuspicama,
  • 2 šolje sosa od paradajza,
  • 2 čena belog luka,
  • origano,
  • sojino mleko (ili voda u kojoj se kuvalo povrće),
  • ulje,
  • 2 kašike brašna,
  • beli biber,
  • sir od soje (po želji).

Posne lazanje se pripremaju na sledeći način:

  1. Bariti listove lazanje u slanoj kipućoj vodi sa malo ulja dok ne omekšaju.
  2. Ljuspice soje preliti kipućom vodom i ostaviti da omekšaju.
  3. Propržiti sitno iseckan luk i beli luk na ulju i dodati ocedene sojine ljuspice. Kad se proprži, naliti sos od paradajza i dodati origana. Dinstati još 10 minuta dok se smesa ne zgusne.
  4. U drugoj posudi propržiti brašno na ulju i uz mešanje dodavati sojino mleko ili bistru supu od povrća. Kad se bešamel zgusne dodati beli biber po ukusu i soli.
  5. U uljem ili margarinom podmazanom plehu poređati tri lista lazanje. Preliti sosom, zatim bešamelom, pa još jednim redom lazanja. Postupak ponoviti ukupno tri puta.
  6. Zaliti ostatkom bešamela i paradajz sosa. Po vrhu posuti dimljenim sirom od soje (nije obavezno). Prekriti folijom i peci oko 45 minuta na umerenoj vatri.
